Message from Kimberley Reynolds and Nicholas Tucker

Dear Colleagues,

At this year's IRSCL congress my colleague, Nicholas Tucker, and I will be

presenting an interactive session in which we propose not to read but to lead

a discussion about our papers. We would like to invite everyone with an

interest in representations of childhood to come, and bring examples of

images (textual and visual) of childhood from their own cultures to add to

the discussion.

If you would like to join our session and read the papers in advance, please

e-mail me and I will send you the papers as an attachment.

We think we have some interesting material, and look forward to seeing what

colleagues have to contribute to the debate.

I look forward to seeing you in South Africa - which looks like a splendid

programme in a wonderful setting.

Best wishes,

Kim Reynolds (UK)
